There's a suspect
in the recent terrorist attack at a Christmas market in Berlin. Authorities have released his picture--but there's a bit of an usual
twist. Do you see it?
Yup. Half his face is blurred out. Do they want to find this guy or not?
The blurred face comes from an interesting quirk
of Germany's privacy laws that prohibit the release of a suspect's full
name and clear picture. But come on, really? Who are these laws
supposed to protect--innocent people, or suspected terrorists?
